INSPECT CAMSHAFT AND ROCKER ARM CONDITION AND RECOMMEND REPAIRS AS NEEDED TO RESOLVE VALVETRAIN TAPPING / TICKING SOUNDS
TECHNICIAN NOTE
Removed both valve covers and found rocker arm rollers and camshaft lobes worn on intake of cylinders 1, 3, 4, and 5.
Rear bank = cylinders 1, 3, 5
Front bank = cylinders 2, 4, 6.
Other cam lobes have pitting marks on them.
No codes currently for camshaft timing/phasers so they appear to be working correctly at this time. Would be optional to replace camshaft phasers and oil control valves.

RECOMMENDATION
Replace all four camshafts and all rocker arm rollers and valve lifters.
Replace PCV valve and valve cover gaskets and spark plug tube seals.
Replace upper intake manifold gaskets.
