DONE LOST SOME GEARS(TRANS REBUILD)
TECHNICIAN NOTE
All gears available. Scratches going into 1st sometimes and into 4th from 5th.

Suspect rusted clutch. Pedal is stiff.
RECOMMENDATION
Replace clutch and flywheel. Transmission Rebuild can be done at customers request. At this time no evidence of damaged gears is present. It is likely however some synchros in transmission are worn, notchy feel when going in and out of gears is sometimes felt. But transmission is driveable in current condition.
REMOVE AND RE-INSTALL TRANSMISSION
TECHNICIAN NOTE
Release bearing is wobbly on the transmission snout. Wrong grease was used on release bearing and was very sticky.
RECOMMENDATION
Replace release bearing.
Recommend snout repair kit
Recommend forged release fork and pivot ball.
TRANSMISSION REBUILD(5SPEED)
ADDITIONAL
TECHNICIAN NOTE
Engine produces burning oil smell from tailpipe.
Oil level low upon arrival.
RECOMMENDATION
Suspected ringland failure. Performed compression test, numbers came back good. Highly recommend AOS to prevent oil consmumption.
BRAKES
TECHNICIAN NOTE
Front brake pads at 10mm
Rear brake pads at 5mm
BATTERY
TECHNICIAN NOTE
Battery hold down is missing or damaged.
J bolt missing and tie down is covered in battery acid.
RECOMMENDATION
Replace j bolt and clean tie down.

Front lower control arm bushings are torn.
Ball joint boots are cracking.
RECOMMENDATION
Replace front lower control arms with ball joints.

Right front tire core is showing.
